Challenge 1: Skin Health Literacy
Life-long skin maintenance, nourishment, and enhancement lead to good skin health and general wellness across your lifetime. The goal for everyone should be life-long skin health.
The challenge: We need solutions to engage, educate, and empower individuals and communities to pursue a lifetime of healthy skin.
Challenge 2: Nutrition and Skin Health
While we have long understood that there is a relationship between good nutrition and our health, we are still learning exactly how nutrition affects the overall health of our skin.
The challenge: We need solutions to better understand the relationship between food and skin health.
Challenge 3: Engaging Acne
Most of us have had or will have acne at some point in our lives. In fact, the American Academy of Dermatology reports that 85% of all young adults experience at least minor acne.
The challenge: We need solutions that empower individuals to live well and own acne.
Challenge 4: Skin Healthtech for Aging Population
By 2020, the global population over 60 will reach 1 billion! Technology is playing a vital role for older adults and their caregivers.
The challenge:We need solutions that close the gaps in skin health and affordable in-home skin care for older adults.
