For each of our chapters, we have one or two Chapter Leaders. The mission of Hacking Health Chapter Leaders is to coordinate local teams of volunteers and rallies health innovation communities. Chapter Leaders are mostly the contact-person to liaise with the Main Office, serve as local spokespersons, and coordinate events to foster innovation in their local healthcare ecosystem.

The team at the main office is responsible for chapter coordination, global planning, communication & partnerships, and ensuring that the general Hacking Health vision, mission, and leadership are conveyed everywhere around the world. The main office is located in Montreal.

The board includes co-founders of Hacking Health and ensures that the global direction of the Hacking Health movement remains true to its roots and philosophy. In addition, it oversees the strategic initiatives of Hacking Health, the development of the movement and its sustainability.
